I am still having trouble with my runt of the litter. He still has the runs after 3 days on fv and yogurt. I am concerned because it seems to be turning a green color. He is eating 8cc every 6 to 7 hours. No change in appetite. Removed the veggies and fruit from diet to see if that changed anything but it didn't. Other then the runs he is OK but losing weight he has been small since I found them all he has lost 15 grams in 4 days. Currently weighs 107g as of the time of post. He is 7weeks. What can I do for him.

Sorry if I seem over concerened bit I love him sooooooo much and am so worried about his condition. The green in the runs makes me scared. What steps do I take to help him recover?
I don't want him to get worse if I lose him it would be devastating to me have had them all since a week old and I also don't want the other two to get sick if this is contagious. Any advise and suggestions? Have some antibiotics on hand but don't know how much to give. Please help. Scared for his life.

green poops - if they are very odorous -- can mean coccidia, which is contagious. Are they really stinky and greyish-green?

Here's another link and then a link where you can order what you need with no prescription.

Then this link which shows what others have ordered for coccidia and the link where you can order things from. Perhaps you should have it overnighted.

You have no vet access right? Can you tell us the state that you live in?
You have to keep him hydrated this is IMPORTANT.

I saw a vet for Killian.... Not coccadia. Thank god. Just a case of the runs from food changes. Had all tested just to be sure. He said to hydrate with pedi. For 24 hours and continue to keep warm. He thinks it is do to the hot water bottle being removed. Even though they were not using it he said that the runt was just staying with his siblings and to put it back, hydrate for 24 hrs. Then slowly reintroduce the formula and all should be fine. Thanks for all your advice and sorry I disappeared off the board so quickly but I found a vet that does wildlife so I just dropped everything and went.

He said that Killian is so small for his age even though he is eating and was going on his own and not using the hot water bottle, that he still is having trouble regulating body temp. So keep him warm to help digest fully and I in a bout a week (how long it took him to get bad) he should be fine. And to only give blocks until he is better and very slowly introduce solids about 2 weeks from now.

That is good news, glad to hear this. That mama worry we sometimes get is a horrible feeling. Hugs.
