Magnolia blooms

I see that magnolia is on the list for trees that squirrels can eat but can anyone tell me about the bloom? Are they safe?

We all purchase magnolia cones from Henrys Pets when they appear, and they are the develoing seed pod from the blossom...in other words, they are likely okay. If you leave the flowers alone and wait until the cones form you will have a real treat for them!
