my squirrel broke her toe.

She broke her middle toe on her back foot she is in her box (house) she ate a little before she went to bed she is licking at her toe. I know she is in pain and I don't know what to do

I had the same thing happen to one of my juveniles in the fall. I taped the toes together for a few weeks until it healed. You can give either Motrin or Metacam to reduce swelling and pain.

Yes, and if you can get a weight I will give you the dosage for infant ibuprophen. That will help a lot with the pain. :)

She is much better today. Her toe is slightly swollen but she is mobile. Just a little slower.
