Brownish fur on belly with bald patch

Hi everyone - I was hoping for some help with my baby squirrel, Leo. He is a year old and was released last summer and doing great in the wild. He comes back for blocks, veggies, fruits and nuts every day. I noticed about a week ago that he had a narrow stripe of brownish fur less than a half inch long above his penis. There is a bald patch smaller than a dime just above the brown patch. He's eating and acting normally otherwise. Do you think this might be a case of too many acorns? I thought it was odd that the streak was adjacent to a bald spot. Any thoughts? Is UTI a concern? Thank you!

With the area of concern one would think that its prob urine getting on the fur issue or a possible UTI...... but you will not
know unless he is captured and a sample is taken in to the vet or he is cleaned up to keep the urine off his body.
