See if you can get Cipro or Baytril.
Cipro is widely prescribed for women with UTI, so ask around, please copy down the site link that is in my signature, as the board is going down sometime tonight.

Just to jump in here: Orbax is orbifloxacin and is in the same class as Cipro and Baytril. It can be safely given to squirrels for pneumonia, as well -- use whichever one you have more of, so that you can keep the baby on it until he's well.

I had gotten her email before the board went down, just in case there was a problem. We corresponded a little last night, and unfortunately the little one passed. :(
I sure hope that she sticks around. We can use great people like her.

I believe that Septra is in the same class as Sulfatrim, but didn't know that about Orbax.

Thanks so much you all,as Nancy said, the little guy passed away the other night, however, I do have others that came in the other day as well as the sibling of the little one that passed that are all doing great!
