3-4 week old baby squirrel haves pneumonia

My boyfriend and I have found two baby squirrels and their eyes arent open. Well one of them has passed away because of pneumonia and her brother is the only one left. He has started making a clicking noise and i know thats a sign of pneumonia. im scared! But i have one pill of keflex and it is 500 mg. Its used for upper respiratory infections and to wipe bacteria out the system. I have seen where you can give them a little pinch, but im not sure because since its for a human! CAN SOMEONE HELP ME PLEASE!

Keflex is not the best for pneumonia. I think it is too slow acting.

We have several members in Sc and SC is a legal state so you might be able to get vet care.

In order to dose meds correctly we need to know the weight of the baby. Please weigh the baby and tells us what he weighs in grams.

Do you have access to a vet?
Can you tell us what city or county you are in...this way we can narrow our search a little better as we try to find some help for you.
