How old are the boys and what are they eating --still on formula, if yes what name brand and how much at each feeding?
I am asking because the type of formula you are feeding could be the cause or the amount could be if you are over feeding them.
We only feed Fox Valley here at TSB (never Esbilac), and we feed at 5-7% of their body weight.
.....how often you feed a squirrel depends on their age.

...OK!!
I read your other post and got my self update with what had been going on with your three babies. I am with every one else --I think the yellow watery stool is prob due to the Esbilac and it should change (get back to normal) with you giving her the GM, just stay with in the middle of the 5-7% range of her body weight when feeding her, and the other two babies every five hours.
I dont think you have to worry about her getting Coccidia unless the stool turns green and starts to have a very fowl smell to it, if this happens let us know ASAP and some one can give you the name of a medicine to place her on the dose verses days to give it to her.
BTW - they will be fine for the next two weeks on the GM recipe until the FV arrives.

One of my boys won't eat his formula. Stimulation bring Turin and poop but he still won't eat and he is the smallest of the three. Should I be worried?

If he is otherwise okay. Just be sure to hydrate him. Dehydration can cause a lack of appetite.:grouphug Make sure formula is very warm and that he is very warm too.

He Ate! The very next feeding he took his 3cc no problems. He continues to eat at his regular feeding times. Awesome maybe the little was just tired from moving around his "nest". I feel better now. Thanks Sammy's mom.
