baby corn is just a smaller - sizewise - version of normal 'adult' corn.
The same as baby carrots and normal size carrots.
There is no nutritional difference between baby and 'adult' corn.
It is all the same corn

They CAN eat corn but the SHOULDN'T. It is very, very high in phosphorus, and too many foods like that cause MBD. Corn is a treat given on special occasions.
