Hi, I currently have a Super Pet Run-A Round Exercise Wheel (Picture: http://pet.imageg.net/graphics/product_images/pPETS-3760620t300x300.jpg) and my southern flying squirrel loves it. He likes to get it up to speed and then jump out the side onto the side of his cage. The problem is that he has gotten his tail caught on it twice now (that I'm aware of) and has lost the last 2 vertebrae on his tail (even though it is supposed to be tail safe), which is obviously a major concern. I would love to purchase one of the Stealth Wheels or Wodent Wheels and would have before, but I tried the WareŽ Stainless Steel Exercise Wheel (Picture: http://pet.imageg.net/graphics/product_images/pPETS-9616198t300x300.jpg) that he has had since he was 2 months old which has a similar design to the Stealth Wheel and Wodent Wheel and he hasn't touched it. Has anyone had any trouble with their flyer getting use to the Stealth wheel? Also, would you suggest the Stealth Wheel or the Magnum Wheel for a Southern Flying Squirrel? I like that the Magnum is a little wider, but wasn't sure if it was too big for my little guy. He doesn't chew right now, but that doesn't mean he won't in the future.

Thanks for any insight, :thankyou

I always used the Wodent Wheels with nail trimmer insert for the flyers & gliders I would get in and they
always did wonderful in with it..... I have also heard great things about the Stealth Wheel from friends.

I have a stealth and a wodent wheel...
the stealth is advised due to it not having a center bar to cause injury, my flyers use both..
watching them in a wheel is pure entertainment for me... they're adorable... and once they get the momentum going...it's all hops and dips and flips... love it!!!
I have one flyer that goes to Paris and back nightly...he's a transcontinent flight attendee:D for Southern Air!
no longer politically correct to use the term Stewardess or steward...:crazy

we;ll need video!!!:thumbsup

Thank you!
