Last night my little man [17 weeks old] rubbed his little butt on my carpet kinda like a dog does. Can they get worms? I do have a little deaf dog inside but she is NEVER around them. Also he has been scratching like he has a flea. What can I use to treat him incase he does have a flea. My girl does not scratch and I have not seen her rubbing her hinney.

I alway wash off all thier food, and check it any worms. It might be nothing he might have just had an itch and that was easier way to scratch it. He did have a almond he didnt want to pu down in his hands. I checked his bottom again this morning and there is nothing red. I will be keeping a close eye on him to see if he does that again.:thinking

old wives tale sez eating raw pumpkin seeds will kill worms...

I haven't had any worms so I guess it works on people too :rofl4

i would think 4 or 5 seeds would surely be enough for one grey squirrel maybe?

maybe it has a natural worm-icide in it or something dunno...

Apply like you would on a domestic pet, between the shoulder blades.
Sqs mark territory rubbing their hineys too...
Dog fleas are different than sq fleas, they will cross bite, but not infest. Most fleas are species specific.:)
Not sure about pumpkin seeds as a wormicide, but I know the sqs will gladly eat them:D

They will also butt drag to dislodge a poop that gets stuck in the fur, and it is also a way for the boys to scent mark.
