LUCKY IS TURNING 1 YEAR OLD!!!

Hi everyone
I havent been on in awhile. Lots of things going on. My baby (Lucky) will be 1 year old on the 20th of Febuary. She is my heart and my love. She has free run of the house and would rather hang on me than do anything else. I am her living, walking, talking tree. lol I have a concern about travel with her though. She will be going to the vet in Febuary for her check up. She hasnt been since she was about 6mnths. I have bachs rescue remedy and wondered how I am to use this. Do I spray it on her paws for her to lick off? Also my husband wants to go see his mom in Texas which is about an 8 hour trip. But Im worried the trip will be to stressful for her and she doesnt take change well at all. If new people come in the house she goes to the top of the curtains and stays there. This also worries me because she hasnt been to the vet since she was 6mnths and I dont want her freaking out and hurting herself or the vet. Any advice on what I should do would be helpful.

The Bach Remedy is to be used on their paws so they can lick it off and rub it on their body, it will absorb into their skin....... you can also spay a small amount onto the face area. Do all of this prior to going to the vets office so the remedy will have time to take effect and calm your squirrel down.

I would suggest you take the squirrel to the vet in a small carrier so your pet does not have much room to move around --place a blanket inside for him to snuggle up in and place another one over the carrier that you can use to take the squirrel out of the carrier once you get in to the vet office for the exam.

Thank your Rhapsody. Do you know how long the rescue remedy lasts? Its about an hour from here to her vet. Also, what about the trip to my mother in laws? Do you think the trip will be to stressful?
