Woofy Heads... Is this normal? New Squirrel Momma wants to know!

The greys are getting longer looking hair on the back of their heads. Hammie is getting white fluffy hair behind his ears.

Is this the start of a winter coat?

They look woofy headed now... lol

yes it's normal. The winter ear tufts are my favorite!!!

Most of my wild guys have white tufts, some have tan tufts and 1 or 2 have dark grey tufts. Ellie has orange tufts! :D

Micah has white ones and her son, Michael, has tan ones.

Never heard of woofy head before but heard of boofhead ! :)

Australian saying. A boofhead is one who is a little slow, or maybe just does silly things.
