Try a little vanilla yogurt mixed in.

I use water slightly hotter than room temp and my hand blender and a beaker, I also scrape the bottom of the beaker to make sure it's all blended. Then I make sure to let it rest for at least 6 hours in the fridge - cuz the blender creates air bubbles in it... but at least it ends up very well blended.

One of those small whisks can also do the job very well if your container is not oversized. If you add cream, do not do so until the formula is all blended, same for the yogurt. You don't want to end up with whipped cream :)

I use hot water and add the dry powder then blend with a fork. The fork mixes it well and doesn't create bubbles. Be careful keeping it warm to feed when yogurt is mixed in with the formula, the raised temperature will make all the formula thicken into yogurt.

One of those containers like they use to mix things in a llaboratory :) Braun (who makes the hand blender) also sells the beaker with the blender and mini-processor.

I do half goat milk and half water. Heat it up, then add the powder and mix with a wisk. I tried a spoon but that didn't work :/ Also after it sits for 6+ hours it gets a film over it, like a skin? Does this happen to you?
