I just talked to the guy at FV and he said that I don't need to feed the milk I have, it's old. He said to get some Just born puppy powder till the new stuff comes in Tue. Anyone ever use this? About to leave to go get some. thanks

I would not get puppy formula, I would make up the goat's milk formula until the FV gets to you. But, I am also inclined to trust Nick at FV.

I still think I'd do the Goat's Milk Formula. You'll need Goat's Milk (usually found in dairy section next to the milk), full fat yogurt (Dannon and YoBaby make full fat...vanilla is best), and heavy whipping cream (again in the dairy section close to the milk)...NOTE I said heavy whipping cream, NOT whipped cream!

I got some and added some H-wipping cream to it. She ate it right up. I will look for some tomorrow. Nick is a great guy! I have called him twice today :crazy The stuff that I got he recommended so hope it works. :thankyou

Just make sure you use VERY warm water when you mix it and then put it in the fridge and let it sit for at least 4 hours. Then add cream and heat it up to feed.

Letting it sit will allow it to full breakdown. Hopefully the baby does not get runny poops from it.
