Ice cubes

I found out today, thanks to Cherry's thieving ways (lol), that she like to take ice cubes and munch on them like nuts. She'll only eat a piece or two then she seems done. Has anyone else noticed this, and I'm sure it is since it's just water, but just in case, is it safe for her to shew on ice cubes?

My Little Man Loves them - I will take nuts in the shell and put them in ice trays - he really loves them - does not matter if it is hot or cold out side - it sounds like a chainsaw when he goes after them

My Sammy will wait until my husband's ice water is left for 2 seconds and make his move. It seems important to him to get the entire glob of fused cubes and haul it off to be abandoned to melt into a BIG puddle for Mama to step in. :sanp3

OR pull the entire glass over, steal the glob, and have two puddles for Mama to step in and have to schlepp around in a squishy wet sock!! :rotfl What would we do for entertainment if we didn't have squirrels?!
