is it ok to put cedar shavings in the bottom of the box/cage for bedding for baby squirrels? i think they are 4-5 weeks old. eyes and ears not open yet, they do have fur, and teeth, and pee on their own and sometimes poop on their own.. so is cedar ok?

NO cedar shavings! Scent is too much for them. Carefresh plain paper bedding is good for the bottom of a cage or for a box for digging.

Ears AND eyes are not open, but they are peeing and pooping on their own?

Make sure that you stimulate them on their genitals with a warm wet cloth, paper towel, q tip, or cotton ball (something soft), after EACH and EVERY feeding. They should pee almost every time, poop maybe every other. You must do this while they are this young, or it could lead to serious problems later on.
