Mange?!

I was just brought a 4week old SQ and I think she might have mange. I am wondering what should be the recommended dose and what to use.
She is 45g
have been giving her subQ LRS and giving lots of fluids because she came in all scaly. Picture will be posted soon.

She is itching, crying (screaming), very dry and wrinkly and covered with crusty skin.

45 grams is pretty small, is she lethargic?
why not oral hydration?
why is she screaming? injuries?
have you ck'ed all her limbs?

I have blue revolution.
Yes oral fluids too. first 36hrs was only pedialite. and subq.
no visible injuries.

she is also kind of "jumping" before she scratches. almost like a hiccup

She is just randomly squealing 3-4 times at once when i talk to her or check on her she is fine but usually scratching.

two drops on a qTIP BETWEEN THE EARS.
no more sodium... sugar water is okay, too much sodium will be counter productive,,,
advised for no more than 24 hours
do you have any Fox Valley formula?
childrens Benedryl?
any urine output?

no fox valley about to order some.
using the 3/1/1 formula atm. well 3-4 goats, like 1/8th whipping (for tummy), 1 part yogurt. is there a suggested brand?.
Can get children's bene.. it their a dose? I can go right now if I know exactly what to get. flavor?
and Yes lots of urine. is clear.
and stool yellowish white (it was small rock hard pices, but now more like soft clay)

are you using goats milk or esbilac GMilk?
I use Dannon All natural Vanilla or stoneyfields Vanilla or Yo baby Vanilla, fresh goatsmilk {Meyerberg brand} in a carton near milk in refridgerated section, PUBLIX has it, or canned Goats milk near coffee/evaporated milk also at Publix..
I don't reco the cream until we have perfect poops.
are you using syringe to feed? get 1 cc syringes to measure meds if not and a few extra to feed with.
I can share supplies until you get them, takes a few days unless overnighting.

no cream no prob, that's why i was just barely putting any in.
have 1cc, 3cc, and 10cc(dont use lol)
