Is this the new little one? That sounds like a neuro issue (didn't the people that had her mention something about her being a possible nr or special????)

By "her head turns", do you mean she looks from side to side, or does her head "drift" up and down, slowly? Also, look closely at her eyes -- do you see any shaking or trembling right in her eyeballs (nystagma)?

Yes. No.

Is it a slow movement in one direction, sort of like she is watching something? This is what Angel does (she has a head injury and has never gotten better, although when stressed it is much worse.) She also tends to sort of hold her head at a tilted to one side alot, as well.

Any chance you could get a quick video of her doing it? Do you know her history, how was she found? Did she take a fall? I know the finders said she was slower in reaching milestones and she looks small for 13 weeks, too. Can you get a new pic of her too? Also, do she ever fall over or stumble?

I would suggest at the very least wintering her over to make sure she is ok or to see if this changes. Do you not have access to a camera that does video? How is she otherwise, can she crack a nut yet?

Oh, then she probably did take a fall. Angel only had bottom teeth when she came (but eventually her tops did grow in but she still cannot crack a walnut).

Not trying to hijack this thread but....
I'm guessing it's best not to release a squirrel until they can crack a nut...
I'm not planning to release mine until next spring but I was just wondering. :)

Yes, they should be able to crack a walnut before being released.
