Not an expert here but it is either a allergy (like to fleas) or mange... I could be dietary issues or stress as well... but to be honest I really don't know other than I would be worried like you are.

I don't know but it looks to me like a bad case of moulting... :dono Reason I suggest that is it seems to me that if it were mange this much advanced then the skin would look scaly and red... inflamed. I would make sure the nutrition of this little one is adequate and also offer some avocado and boo-balls - the rich content of natural oils in both of those can only help.

It looks like mange to me..... going down the back spine is one of the areas it seems to strike at.
I recommend 1 drop of "Kitten Revolution" right between the shoulder blades.
Here is a link to a few of my squirrels when they had mange.

Doesn't appear to be molt.
Could it be a result from what appears to be an injury toward the back of the head?
I ask because we have a female here that was probably hit by a pellet, and she exibits much the same fur loss.
Her injury is to the back leg.

The person takes care of it for 4 weeks already.
Feed with the goat milk+puppy milk+35% cream :(
I will go for the Revolution then...and maybe a bag of FV .
:thankyou
