I was just reading through the healthy diet to try out some new veggies and discovered something. Collard greens are listed in Group 3 and also on veggies to avoid. I was wondering which category it belongs in...:dono

what are collard greens ?? always heard that... are they TURNIP greens? I got tons of that in the garden....

Enquiring minds wanna know.. good /bad?
