Hi I asked this in a reply on my introductory thread but no one answered... (sorry for repeating the question) The question was, is ultra pasteurized vitamin D goats milk the one we're supposed to use? (sorry if its a dumb question, I don't know anything about goat's milk) I waited a while for an answer but I didn't get one, so I went back to the store and bought it (it was the only goats milk I could find). I hope that it's okay to use.

Next question is about the rodent block, 7-8 weeks isn't too young to offer rodent block, right? Just want to make sure before I offer it. (again, sorry if that's a dumb question, I just want to make sure I am doing things properly)

Thanks in advance :jump

yes to the goatsmilk and yes to giving them rodent blocks...
at first they may just chew on them as they teeth, then they may eat them or pee on them... time will tell!:rotfl :sanp3

:wave123 Hi ForCatrachito!! I started giving hhb's before my Squirt's eyes were open so he could smell it and get used to it. I would probably say he was between 6-7 weeks old.

Thank you all so much!!

If he does just pee on them, he will eventually eat them, yes?

He will do everything (play, nibble, shred, pee, poop, hide, etc) to the bloc in the beginning. Just make sure to replace the old blocks with fresh blocks regularly (I change mine daily). Then after a while he will start to eat them.
