Help parents found a sick baby in tampa

My Parents found a baby in the driveway today, it looks to be about 4-6 weeks old. They don't have a clue what to do for it and They are in Tampa and I am in new york. I can't help!!!! They are both very busy people who dont have the time to nurse this baby.... I am hoping there is someone in the tampa area that would be willing to help this little baby.......Please if you can help hurry. It looks very frail and sickly.
