I have heard coconut water can be used for hydration, as a substitute for pedialyte or water. Has anyone else had any experience with this?

I used to use this for my boy before he started to drink plain water.

If it doesn't look like one of those it's not young. You can use old ones I believe but young are better.
Do not get these

Thanks for the reply! Just wanted to make sure before I told anyone. I believe this was used as IV fluid in a war (totally not history buff, least fav subject LOL). So it's similar in properties to plasma, it was used in place of blood, so I just wanted to be sure it's ok for squirrels. And I figured it had to be from a real coconut. Now I know the young ones are the best! Thanks again.
