The web host company, GoDaddy, has had a MAJOR CRASH. All of the systems are down as well as their phone support.

GoDaddy is the web host that TSB uses.

If you are currently logged onto TSB, DO NOT LOG OFF!!! If you log off or even close the tab on your browser you will NOT be able to get back on TSB.

Just stay logged on, even if you have to step away from the computer.

We have NO IDEA how long this will last.

IF you are logged on please reply to this post so we know who is here and who is able to help.

Here is some additional info:

GoDaddy, the host for TSB and many other sites, had a major crash. Nothing we can do -- TSB will be restored as soon as humanly possible.

I just opened up a second 'tab' of TSB, in case one accidently gets closed (though warned everyone not to touch my computer!!!)

I have it saved on my desktop, opened it from there.

There seems to be some conflicting info right now. Some people are saying their sites are back up and others still have nothing.

If you just logged onto TSB (like with the last few minutes) please leave us know, as we are unable to test it ourselves.

It appears that some people are able to get here. I just called the BF and asked him to go to our home page, he could without a problem. However, he did say that his e-mails and all kinds of stuff (all work related) has been messed up.

Yes, it does seem to be sort of regional. Probably having something to do with which of their serves are up and which are still down and the areas/regions controlled by each.

I am not sure if IR can get on yet or not (last time I spoke with her she could not). I left a voice mail for her that it appeared to be sort of a regional thing and that when she gets home she should try.

I seeing some 404 error when clicking some pages here on TSB
and I have just went to some of my tech forums i am on and yes there are server that are up and own. and here is why

Seem that they are server jumping to keep GD jumping as well, so there a lot of lag i hearing and so 404's if you get a 404 on here just refresh and see if the pages comes up. it will be a mess here and there for a little while untill GD and see what ANON as done or placed into the servers as well.

GoDaddy may be jumping their servers, but there are still members that cannot log on. (just in case someone is waiting for a response from someone...they are not necessarily ignoring you)

I do still suggest, if you are able to log on and plan to come back later, DO NOT LOG OFF, at least for now.
