Are either of these ok for a squirrel to eat? I thought the wheels would be good for her teeth.
What treats are good?
Also she only 6 weeks so she wont really chew them but is it safe to have in her cage?

NO HAY!
Sqs do not digest hay well.
NO salt or mineral wheels are needed with sqs.

I have a bunch on hand already thats why I was curious. I havent given her hay. She showed a little interest in the mineral wheel. Would it help with her teeth?

They don't need the salt. Those things aren't good for ANY animal.
They sell little ice cream cones that are made out of calcium and packed three to a blister pack - look in the pocket pet section of your local pet shop. They really like those and they can drag them around and hide them in their bed if they want.
