my little guys have soft stool!

For the past week my little boy squirrel has been having off and on soft stool. At first I thought it was because I was feeding the wrong thing, which I have since switched to goats milk and everything cleared up. I got my fox valley in today and had planned on making the switch to that starting tonight but now one of my little girls and my little boy has soft stool again. It isn't diarrhea yet and I did a fecal today on them at work and saw nothing. What should I do? Should I start them on flagyl and should I wait on switching them over to the fox valley? Help!

Switching formulas can cause poop issues..
I would hold off on the ABs for now.

New question my little girl that doesn't have the soft stool has green eye discharge? My house has been crazy stressful today, we lost 2 very dear friends so there has been lots of crying and people which they are not use to, could I be stressing them and making them sick?

Do squirrels get URI? If so, I think that's what my three have. They have been sneezing and have green ocular discharge. If they do, what should I get them? I'm an LVT so I can get whatever they need, my doctor just doesn't know what to give them or how to dose them. We see sugar gliders and other small exotic mammal just not squirrels!
