baby needs home fast

Hi, turns out this one is jacks size a tad bigger but has brain damage. he runs in circles and has the head jerk.. I am in sc near nc and can not keep another,. is there anyone close that can take him.. he looks just like jack. tried to call sissy but could not get her.
