Baby in Baton Rouge/Denham Springs/Walker area need

My cousin found a baby over around the Baton Rouge area. Is there anyone close by that can get this one?

Per my instructions they have warmed the baby and are giving only pedialyte.

Only description so far is good amount of hair on body and tail. Still waiting to hear more. One of my cousin's found it and her sister is relaying the info to me.

Mandeville would be the closest to the Baton Rouge area. We are swamped down here due to the storm babies.
