When you are giving the pedialtye I will assume it should be warm? I gave the first round, it then had to be refrigerated, now I'm wondering if it should be warmed up in warm water before feeding?
She was not happy with the first round!

Yes, it should be warm, I use pretty hot tap water in a glass, then another glass over it so all syringes stay hot (also use a microwaveable hot plate under glass). Pedialyte isn't loved by them, but just go slow, you will get it in.
