What is new baby eating and how much? What color is the diarrhea, is it watery, does it have an odor? Go to pedialyte for now for a few feedings, but it may be disease, the food, or amount your feeding depending on your answers:)

Ok, start back up with pedialtye, whether she seems dehdrated or not. It will help her to get out what is in there. She weighs 119.7 grams (per your 4.2 ounces). She should be getting 5.95 cc's per feeding (that is 5% of her weight, as she does better you can go up as high as 7%, but for now, stick with the 5%). How much yogurt did you put in with the gm? If you put too much, and she is not used to that, it could give her diarrhea. Give a couple feedings of pedialyte, then make up the gm/yogurt, but dilute it with some water (for her size, I would start at 50/50 gm formula to water in the syringe for a couple of feedings, then go to 75/25 gm to water for a couple). Feed every 4 hours and see how she does with that.
