Hon, I posted on your other thread. I don't think this is a specific disease. I think it is just a "catch all" description. It could be something she got in utero or she may have injured herself falling from the nest before you got her. Neurological problems are just sort of a "watch and see what happens" thing. The one thing you can do is make sure she has the best and most nutritious diet she can have, because a strong immune system can only help her.

Neurologic diseases are disorders of the brain, spinal cord, or nerves. When something goes wrong with a part of your nervous system, you can have trouble moving, speaking, swallowing, breathing, or learning. You can also have problems with your senses or mood. It can be caused by a lot of things, but it sounds like it could be a brain injury from a fall from the nest, or, like the vet said, a virus that the mother had when she was pregnant.
Crittermom hit the nail on the head about just watch and see what happens.
She's just going to have to have lots of patience and care.
