Is there a site that has which states are legal and illegal for keeping a pet squirrel? What is the law in North Dakota?

Go to the North Dakota Game, Fish and Park web site. In South Dakota, you can only keep one live fur bearing small manimal if you have a trappers Lincense or a taxadermist lincense or you are a lincensed rehaber for small mamals, which is what I am working on now. I am not sure the laws specific for North Dakota but if Game, Fish and Parks dont have any information for you, you can also try the USDA, which is where you have to go threw to get a rehabers lincense.
