My two sisters are at least a few months off of release but when I had opossums they required certin steps to be released and others to be raised for pets.
I understand that wild cant be taken out of the wildlife. I love my babies and if being hand raised means they won't be able to be released I would very much like information on the types of cages they need, and what kinds of food work best for them to provide a well rounded diet.
If they will be able to be released and lead healthy lives I would very much like to know what needs to be done to prepare them for life in the wild.
Any advice is welcome.
Thank you all :Love_Icon
