I thought I remembered reading somewhere that at 3-4 weeks old you can stop feeding overnight and go to 4 hour intervals instead of 3. I can NOT find that anywhere now and maybe I'm just making that up.

Is that the case? I also just switched to Fox Valley which I know is known to take longer to digest.

Right now, I'm feeding at midnight, 4am, and 8am for night feedings. That keeps my normal schedule except for getting up once to feed so it's not horrible... I wouldn't mind getting a few more hours of sleep for once though... ha ha.

Thanks!

I'm pretty sure at 3 weeks I was feeding my babies at 11am and 5:30am, so I got a 6 hour block of sleep in. I was still feeding every 2.5 hours to 3 hours during the day though, but this was before they were on FV. :dono

If they're used to getting two feeds in the MOTN then I'd probably cut down one at a time, continue to feed every three hours during the day until all the night feedings are cut out, and then stretch the day feeds to 4 hours once you feel they are ready.
