Pears

Are pears good for squirrels to eat? There is a pear tree in a neighbor's yard that some of the squirrels in the neighborhood munch on. If pears are good for squirrels, that's free food I can utilize for the neighborhood squirrels that don't have access to the pear tree. If I cut the pears into bite size pieces, do I need to remove the seeds?

Pears are acceptable as a treat as with any fruit given and yes, I would remove the seeds.
Can't really say if they are harmful or not but why risk it. :dono

Thanks. Be good to make some use of them, since the owner just lets them rot on the ground.
