Need help dosing Abs-poss pneumo

The baby boy I brought home at noon is making noises as he sleeps.
He also does not look very bright eyed when awake.
I am afraid he may have pneumonia. I have Cipro on hand 500 mg. tablet.
Just weighed him at 78 grams.
Could someone help me with a dosage?
