Uno's Mom

Red just came home after being MIA for 3.5 days.
He basically walked very awkwardly and slowly onto the pool deck.
He is very jumpy, looks extremely tired, and has limited use of his
left foot. His toes do not splay as on the other foot and he tries
not to put much weight on it.
He ate a few pecans, some watermelon, had a drink and very gingerly
made his way to his palm tree nest and is up for the night.
I did not see any cuts or bites but I was not able to get close.
I am sure he will try and head out early in the morning.
Any input on a course of action would be appreciated.
I am considering putting him in his Henry cage tomorrow and forcing some
bed rest on him.
I am afraid his mobility is too limited and he will fall prey to a hawk or
eagle.:dono
