This question is for those who don't own big fancy walk-in cages. :jump
Is there any easy way to do this? So far, I've just been picking up any of their extra food and raking the dead foliage out as best as I can. This is usually while the babies are swarming me, trying their very best to get out... I just try to block the door as best as I can with my body. :dono It's starting to look a little, um, unhygenic in there. I can't sanitize all the surfaces like I used to...
... then again, I doubt squirrels are all that hygenic in the wild.
Also, how often should I be cleaning out their nest box?
Thanks in advance!
