Rehab needed for juvies in Oshawa, ON

Hey guys, I've just been contacted by a young girl who has 2 juvies. Apparently she had a pinkie about a month back, but didn't contact me - and of course, it died. :cry

Anyhow - help needed for 2... and possibly 4 or 5 more (waiting for them to contact me) I cant' help them, I'm working full time.... I'm just a mess over this.

Please, PLEASE... Oshawa/Toronto rehabbers contact me!

/thanks Jackie.. I'm just sick over this.. it's the season, and when people post about these guys I just want to quit my job and jump back into looking after them. :( I PM'd squirrelfriend as well... :/

It's just so frustrating - we need MORE help in Toronto!! We have a huge suburban population spanning so many miles... and hardly any outlet for the poor dears!

Hi hun... now there are only 2 (others have found rehab)... they 'think' they are 6-7 weeks old.. and they put them outside and as they 'started climbing trees and stuff'... they let them go :nono Anyhow, she said one was in the cage when she looked out and the other was in the tree, s
o they got them back.
The girls name is Rainie, and she said her brother has some questions re feeding as well... they can meet you half way as well.

Her number is 905 579 1759.. Oshawa.

I hope you can help before they release them again!!! :bowdown

Just wondering if you called.... Rainie doesn't seem to know, if you did. Not sure if they are home in the morning (2 teens@ school) and Mom may work... maybe eveing is a better time to get hold of them. :)

have a question can this age squirrels feed themselves? :hidechair .... i know ... 4 years at tsb and i ask this question.... :hidechair....

it's just if the people can't feed them during the day can the squirrels be left with some soaked monkey biscuits etc?

at this age can they pee/poop by themselves?

I think they are leaving food for them... and yes, they have begun eliminating solo (I always ask!). I know they are trying their best... but I just wish they were in the hands of someone who has experience. All the little signs and signals .. you know what I mean. :/
