Orange Poop - should I worry?

I've just gotten 3 new babies from SPCA.
The are dehydrated but not dramatically. However, one of them has an orange liquid poop.. The color is really bright orange! The photo is bad, sorry...
I've never seen this before.

Any ideas?...Should I worry?

This can be just PoohJell, or a sort of Blood. (I believe it is the PoohJell.) I have seen it in Babies who were Starved so bad with nothing in the Stomach or intestines to pooh out.
The Bowels will Keep Making Pooh even if their is no food in the Bellies of the Babies.
That is when the Body Starts Breaking Down the Mussel for Nourishment. You Need to get Nutrition Formula/FV into Them Immediately!!! Even if if is Diluted 50/50.
If and When the Diarrhea starts. You need to stop it Quickly. (I use Immodium. ) I know FoxVally Is now making A NEW Probodtic to help stop the Diarrhea in Babies. I am ordering some to try.
Hang in their. Lets get them Stable and Healthy. :grouphug

When I got my squirrel girls, they had that kind of poop. Then it got blood tinged. I took them, along with a stool sample, to the vet and they had coccidia. It's a protozoan that squirrels get. They had to take antibiotics for 10 days.

A sure sign of protozoans (coccidia or giardia) is foul smelling, blood tinged poop. Normal squirrel poo doesn't smell bad.
