Red Eye??

Hi All,
Today I came home, went to see my girl, and she seemed like she was sleeping. Weird for that time of day, but the thing that got me was her eyes seemed to be in a "sleepy mode" and her one eye is red in the corner. She does seem a bit relaxed so to say. She is eating slightly less and drinking normal. Any thoughts??:thinking

I think we would need a picture, it could be a scratch, allergy who knows

Yes, I know a pic would help, dont know how to get one to you, but I dont see any scratch, and its not runny. I called the vet, and he said if she is eating and drinking, just keep an eye on her. I moved her April appointment to this coming Tuesday.
