I recently purchased some rodent blocks from henrys and they are beginning to mold. Is this common and is there something that I can do to prevent this from happening? I am keeping them in the fridge at 36°F and they are less than 3 weeks old. Do I need to freeze them, or should I contact the site and try to get a new batch sent out?

I definitely would not offer them to the squees if they had mold on them... not any single nor any part of the batch - which can be contaminated even if you don't sese mold on them.
Contact the seller, I'm sure this can be resolved. I usually keep mine frozen and offer them straight out of the freezer and they love them that way.
