Skunk the Squirrel was brought to me in August along with his sister when they were only pinkies. Completely without fur and eyes still closed I nursed them into fully furred, spunky sub-adults.
Sadly his sister developed a dental defect that rendered her unable to eat and she needed to be put down..
However Conker has grown into a chubby ball of fluff and is absolutely ADORABLE. We are best friends..

(he's peeking out over my left shoulder)

(stealing my favourite D20, chased him around forever to get it back :rotfl)
I was advised by members of this board to over winter him as he was too small and the weather would be too harsh for him to survive.
Now Spring is almost here and I would like to see if there is anyone in my area who could introduce my healthy adult male back into the wild.
I live in an urban area and I would like to see Skunk released into a nice wooded area, free of traffic and other hazards. Also I would like someone who is experienced in helping squirrels adapt to living out doors.
I live in Scarborough, Ontario and am willing to travel.
