I have the Fox Valley Day One Ultraboost.
My little girls are skinny , should I give them some?
once a day , every feeding, it doesn't really say.

It won't hurt them, and may help them plump up a bit. Mix enough for the day as directed and feed them the enhanced formula every feeding for the next few days. See how they do with it. If it's too rich for them and you see white or soft yellow poops then use less, or back off altogether. I used it very successfully for several babies last spring.

Laurie, it's meant to be added to their formula...
the instructions are on the bag...if I remember right...
are you making a batch of formula ahead of time? or do you make as you go?
Since I add yogurt and cream to my FV, I do not use UB in everyday formula...
however I do use it when I am chunking up a wild adult that comes in thin..
it has benefits...
as stated above in the FV literature {and there ain't much info available}..medium protein and adds fat...
I still cannot believe the baby girls do not like the nipple..wow
crazy sqs:)
are you excited???:Love_Icon :Love_Icon

I make up 1/2 cup very hot water and 1/4 cup FV at night and let cool the in the frig over night to thicken up for the next day.
Yes it says to add 3/4 part formula to 1/4 ultraboost which = full part
add to two parts water.
I was thinking about yogurt and cream instead of this only because its such a big bag and they are so tiny
I was going to use it as a give away in a raffle.
Just wondering which way to go.
No I dont want to coupon back:rotfl
I have plenty fro my needs.

I am such a slow typer...IR and Jo both posted before I finished and hadn't before I started..
some people use straight FV without any additions and swear by that too.
I keep the UB in the freezer and use what I need and right back in.
Not sure if that's what is reco'd..:dono
it's creamy...sqs like it...
did you get one of those nifty shaker bottles yet? with the wire whisk ball?
I wasn't impressed til I had one...love it!
