heard from pappy that some of you thought i moved away and was gone
NOT YET!
anyways, still not technically rehabbing, changed my phone number to stop all the calls that were killing me with guilt
we may be able to stay here after all, *cross fingers*
congress passed things recently that are forcing the bailout banks to work with home owners in forclosure so the bank has agreed to modify the loan for the landlord but it still hasn't gone thru yet
i won't believe it until i see it, everybody pray and cross your fingers, if i have to move i will definatly have to stop rehabbing
i'm still here if anybody needs advice, just pm me :)
