island rehabber

A while back there was some discussion of whether Revolution could be used orally vs topically, as recommended on its label.
Although anecdotal 'evidence' was provided by a particular rehabber whose unnamed vet apparently "did it for years", we have yet to find a vet who would clearly recommend giving Revolution orally to a squirrel.
Therefore, it is The Squirrel Board's stance that Revolution (selamectin) be used as a TOPICAL treatment ONLY, and never orally.
