Breeding Age

Today is mating central in my yard, my girl Rocky is 8 months old, I haven't witness her with anyone. Is she of age? She looks grown. So excited, she has been working her nest for weeks. Grand babies!!!! Squeal!!!!!

While a majority of squirrel wait until they are about 1 year old to mate...... some have mated sooner or will spend practice time getting their nest ready for the big day - when ever it comes for them.
