I have a ton of fox squirrels living in my back yard because since I have houses, feeders and water for them. I live in urban Cleveland Ohio. I've done the research and many of them appear to have mange (red patches, hair loss, scratching.) I can get some to eat from my hand, others will beg. Is Ivermectin[sic] the only meds to treat for mange? Any other meds? Thanks

Revolution is another one.
Revolution is used mostly topically: you have to part fur on their backs between shoulders and put on drop directly onto skin. Repeat in a week, about 3 weekly treatments total.
Not so long ago a few people shared here that Revolution could also be used orally, again one drop.
However, the oral usage of Revolution is a very debatable subject.
While some people used it that way, others prefer not to use it that way because "officially"(per directions on the package, I believe) it is not for oral use.
So, this is just for your information, but decision is yours.
If you have Ivermectin horse paste, you use the dose of a size of an uncooked rice grain, once a week for about 3 weeks.
If it does not clear after 3 weeks, it is recommended to wait another week or two and then repeat the treatment.
