Bird Needs Help

A lady I know in Lakeland has found a brown bird (cockatiel size) that needs a home that has knowledge of birds that can rehab it - bird appears to have a bad leg of which it cannot stand on and a puffy eye. If there is any one out there that can take care of this bird please let me know. - - - > What should she be feeding it in the mean time?

It depends on what type of bird it is, as to what it should be fed. Is it a tame or wild bird? Can you post a picture of it? Provide a water cup, and keep it out of drafts are two important things to start with.

It was a wild bird and feed / water was provided..... but sadly the bird passed away in the middle of the night. :Love_Icon
