Cat NIP???

Can they have cat nip?? doesn't seem fair that cats are the only ones who truly enjoy enjoy it.
Fresh or dried ??
I have some and very tempted to give to him but thought I would ask first.

I have cats that used to hang out in my room before Darwin came along. One of them must have left behind a catnip mouse. I saw it on the floor as he was running around playing and I got all worried because I don't know if its ok for squirrlies. He had no interest in it and acted like it wasn't even there. Which is strange b/c he gets into everything! Maybe it is only a cat thing?
